Two phases. Phase I takes about four weeks: an onboarding call, a security review, an on-site AI workshop, a vision session with your executives, custom training and your AI Roadmap. Phase II is the ongoing partnership: we train your team, put the foundations in place and build automations piece by piece, with ongoing management: monthly and quarterly reviews, leadership reports and Roadmap updates for the long term.

Phase I is a flat fee agreed up front. The ongoing partnership is monthly with no long-term contract. AI model usage is billed to you directly by the provider, with no markup from us. After your opportunity call we send a clear proposal for your business.

Less than you'd think. Onboarding is a 45-minute call with leadership and whoever knows your tech best. The workshop is three to four hours on site. After that, sessions are short and scheduled around your calendar.

No. We work with the tools you already use and connect them. If you change a tool later, the automations keep running.

Security comes first. Before anything is built, we review your data, regulations like HIPAA, HR documents and insurance, and put clear AI policies in place. AI runs on business accounts that you own, and each automation can reach only the systems it needs.

Whichever fit your business. Our teams work with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, NotebookLM and others, and we help you choose and set them up properly.

Yes. Our engineers build agents, workflows and integrations around your real processes, one piece at a time, and train your team on each one as it rolls out.

Our hands-on training portal. Anyone can start free with core exercises. Clients get the full program, with exercises built from their own workflows, a private space for their team and progress their leadership can see.
